my bad for Katainaka, but for Otomege anidb says 13th ep will air on Sept 30....not that it's sooo important I just hope I won't forget about is since I'm so spoiled with this site :D
Episode 12 seems to be the final episode. Their official twitter indicates as much as well.
AniDB seems to also indicate only 12 episodes.
