Checking my List, I noticed Let This Grieving Soul Retire shows Season 2, but that's not right, it has a Cour 2, which is Part 2 of Season 1, right?
On Crunchyroll all 24 Episodes are listed as Season 1 aswell...
Although, now seeing the Synonyms it shows Part 2 there aswell, what now?^^
The naming is completely arbitrary. Streaming services simply prefer to call it "Part 2" or "Cour 2" whenever it's split cour. I prefer calling it a different season.

Do you mean at the actual end of Season 3 (Part 2) (Episode 27) or end of the currenty airing Part 1 (Episode 14)?
Considering the next episode is Turning Point 4, I would assume episode 14 of this current season.
But it's not the last Episode of the Season then, plenty more to go in few months after part 1 is finished :)

At what time of which Time Zone does it move from previous day to the next? Like it highlights the date/day with blue color to represent which date/day it currently is, when does it change?
It changes whenever it changes in your timezone (or the set timezone).
It used to be only in UTC but I made it dependent on the user's timezone since that's more intuitive. If you're finding bugs with this let me know.
