You are likely filtering by subbed. Currently, most of the upcoming series do not have a known release time for the sub, only the raw Japan broadcast. Our schedule reflects confirmed sub release times, which typically aren't known until a day before or even after the first episode is released subbed.
For example, you can see Apothecary Diaries currently only has the raw release time.

No dubs are delayed today. Crunchyroll/HiDive are having issues. Amazon Prime's Crunchyroll and HiDive channel have the respective dubs that released today.

Promotional information indicates that *Da Wang Rao Ming* Season 3 will begin airing on October 3rd.
It stated: "New episodes every Saturday at 10:00 AM, starting October 3rd" (China time).
Episode 1 of season 2 of Reincarnated as a Sword hasn't shown on HoDive yet. I looked it up and says it won't air until 11:30

No info yet but they will be dubbed. This is similar to grieving soul retire. The dub will likely drop as two separate batches rather than airing weekly. Whether or not that delays when season 3 will start depends on how much longer they wait to release them. From the rumor mill it seems like this backlog dub has been in production for quite some time.
It's highly doubtful there will be dubs for any of it.

Is there a reason that the notifications for episodes releasing of series which you have marked and set to watching is inconsistent?
For example, this past Thursday, I received notifications for Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You and Mebius Dust, two series which I am and have set as "Watching", but not Yani Neko, which I also am. And I figure it wasn't due to the temporary delay or release confusion, as the notification didn't come either on Thursday or Friday and it has happened as well with other series. Today, Saturday, I received a notification for an episode releasing of Grow Up Show: Sunflower Circus, which I'm watching. But missing and never received notifications for two other series I'm watching on this day - Mao and Ascendance of a Bookworm season 4.
The issue was confirmed and hopefully resolved now. If it happens again let me know.
