I think there was a bug that got resolved right after you posted the comment.
Well, it was weird, because it showed up when I filtered for Dub, but it didn't have the Dub tick :D
The dub tick appears when it is determined that airing is complete. The dub filter works because a dub exists for it, since it has been on the schedule before.
Given that it had completed airing, the dub tick not appearing was likely a bug that got resolved.
