When does the 4th episode of Ore wa Seikan Kokka no Akutoku Ryoushu! come out? It doesn't show what day or time it comes out on.
Not for quite some time, just about a month from now. It's not on the schedule at the moment as the exact time has yet to be confirmed.
The first three episodes were streamed early all in the same week, so we are significantly head of the schedule right now.
MHA Vigilantes doesn't show up in the spring list unless you change the filter to "any".
This is intended, currently only the raw time is available. The sub time has yet to be confirmed by Crunchyroll.

Oh man is it me or is the spring line up just straight mid. Nothing but mid slice of life, coomer bait, and mid season 2s. I'm so disapointed
Most likely a "you"-problem. Would say there are quite a few shows that could become pretty amazing this season.
At first glance I gotta agree with Grizzly. Is there anything would you recommend that looks good?
- Kijin Gentoushou had a great start and could become a really good watch if the studio doesn't mess up
- Once upon a Witch's Death didn't had the best start but has great potential
- Kowloon Generic Romance has not only great vibes but will also have a little psychological twist with great potential
- Lazarus
- Witch Watch
- Apocalypse Hotel could become a great feel good (and somewhat painful) journey
- Teogonia
- To Be Hero X
- Moonrise (which probably will also smash in regards of animation since studio Wit has it)
Aside from those, if we look deeper into sequels and your so called "mid"-SOL anime and mid-shows (seriously, calling everything mid is just straight out bitterness):
- Your Forma has potential.
- Rock is a lady's modesty could become a really fun show to watch
- Wind Breaker Season 2, like, come on
- Fire Force comes back for whoever loved it
- Anne Shirley. If they stay close to the books, this one will be damn beautiful!
- Uma Musume Cinderella Grey
- BNHA Vigilante, which is said to be way better than BNHA itself
- Lycoris Recoil: Friends Are Thieves of Time OVA
So, yeah, those are quite a lot. And instead of calling them mid straight away, maybe first check them out when they are out. Or check up the trailers - some were pretty good. Maybe you'll enjoy some of them, since every season has so many anime that there are definitely some to enjoy.

Fire force, mha vigilantes, wind breaker, Lazarus, go go loser ranger, devil may cry, black butler, and bye bye earth are mid? You must have pretty freaking high expectations to consider them mid.
Fire force just give me more soul eater thanks. Mha vigilantes I still need to get around to finishing my hero let alone a new spin off. wind breaker is the epitome of mid. Go go loser ranger I still need to finish because it was so boring when it aired that I dropped it. Devil may cry? Is he ok? Black butler? What is this 2013 tumblr? Pass! And bye bye earth is something I looked into but can't remember anything about so ill have to peep at it.

No, but from what I've observed watching seasonals these past five years is that not a single season passes by without multiple people always saying that and claiming it to be the case.
It looks like most of the new spring lineup that's in Crunchyroll hasn't been tagged. Like Witch Watch says Netflix, but it is also on Crunchyroll.

It released in Japan as scheduled but not in the states, Japan also didn't release the dub so nobody knows whats going on.
Subs will stay as scheduled since it released in Japan but the dub is set as delayed until Netflix manages to fix their issues.
How come I can't find Kaiju no.8 movie or the beginning after the end on Crunchyroll where is everyone watching these at?
As stated below The Beginning After the End premiered early in some regions on YouTube. Crunchyroll release starts April 2nd.
As for the Kaiju No.8 movie you can't watch it unless you go to a theater in Japan. Its not available digitally and hasn't released in the states yet, it is set for theater release in the states April 13th.
