Why is Ranma 1/2 not in the schedule, when it's being released on Saturdays on Netflix?
It is in the Schedule on Saturdays. Check your settings for the list and disable the "most popular" filter. Then it should show up.

Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest Season 3 Episode 1 is scheduled for release on October 14, 2024, at 11:00 pm JST on AT-X, with subsequent airings on Tokyo MX and BS11 later that night.

Arifureta Season 3 has always been on the schedule. I recommend you look at your timetable settings if you don't see it.

I am not watching this anime, but I checked CrunchyRoll and others, it doesn't seem to have started airing, even though is said Oct 5 on MAL.

It is airing but no official English streaming service has picked it up. This means the only way to get subs is to have it be fansubbed, which it hasn't so far.
Ranma 1/2 and Puniru needs to be added.
They have already been there since they started. One on Saturdays and the other on Sundays.
