I live in EDT and it says *All Times in Your Timezones (EDT), but it still changes to next day schedule around 10-11pm
The highlighted day is UTC based, not your timezone based. The anime's release times are in your timeozne.

The entry is correct. You are likely confused because the entry is split into multiple parts. If you go all the way to the first one and add up all of their episodes (including the "A Record of Mortal's Journey to Immortality 3"'s 19 episodes), it adds up to a total of 96, which is what bilibili displays as having been the latest episode at this moment.
If by some chance there is a mistake and episode 97 has already been released, let me know.
i tried to check everywhere and ep 77 seems to be ep 1 of season 3 and 96 is the latest ep out there (number reads in the ep itself) and that would be 20 eps for now? no? and on MAL i also tried to count all eps from start and i got 76 just before s3. but if u think ur entry is correct after investigation, i guess it can't be helped ._.
Upon further investigation the mismatch was found:
https://animeschedule.net/anime/fanren-xiu-xian-zhuan-modao-zhengfeng was set to 26 episodes instead of the actual 25. This meant that when the total was calculated, it was 1 over.
With this adjustment we find out that you were indeed correct. Episode 20 has already been released and the next episode (as of now) to be released is 21. Thanks for letting me know that the MAL count was different.

Don't think anything was stated but most of the time, the dub follows around 2-3 weeks later.
Also it seems that Aniplex is dubbing Dragon Raja episode 1 in Japanese, seems like it came out today, but i cant find any information about the other episodes
