The times you are saying are not what I saw. For one I can't see it having a dub at all (or evidence of it ever having one on this website.)
Regardless, it would appear the sub episode release time has shifted by 11 hours forward since the first episode. This part should be fixed.

Whats the source for the One Piece Delay? I could only find articles about Chapter 1071 of the Manga getting delayed.

I really do appreciate the site and all the hard work you put it into it, this is the best site of its kind I’ve found. I really only have one small issue and it’s a minor inconvenience at worst but would really appreciate if it were looked into, but the site asks me to confirm permissions every single time the page updates such as refreshing the page, switching to a previous or future week, going to settings, etc. I can live with it but it would be nice to not have to click accept anytime I wanna do anything
Have you accepted the cookies? The top checkbox is mandatory if you want it to remember your choice and not ask for it every time. In other websites it is mandatory, but on this one you can choose not to allow it, which would cause the popup to appear every time.
Yo i don't know why..but this app works perfectly fine in pc or laptop but hardly showing anything when using in Android....do y'all have any suggestion to fix it?????

WFT is going on in Japan, Why many Animes are getting delayed. I have seen this for the first time in 6 years...
Most of them are because of covid witch is ridiculous in 2023 and then you realize several of them have been like that for more than an entire season like demon king of misfit academy they delayed it for months then restarted it like 2 weeks ago so we still have to wait another month before were back to where we were its ridiculous how to kill any momentem for a show 101
It's due to COVID-19 because there was a large spike in China (where most of the delayed shows outsourced some of their work) at the start of the year.
It got delayed to this point probably because they had trouble securing any TV broadcast slots earlier.
