I heard that tensura season 4 will have 5 cours, does anyone know if it will actually have ~60 episodes, i am worried that most of it could be break weeks
Yes, it will be 5 cours. The first two are one part (spring and summer 2026). Information on the next 3 cours is unknown yet. Could be another part of 2 cours, and then the final cour, or it could be just one big part for all three cours, or even all three cours separate.
I personally think it will be split into 3 parts, the first two being 2 cour each.
Something to note is that there will be a break between the different parts (e.g. cour 1-2 and cour 3-4).
I wonder if the dub of Classroom of the Elite will get a four episode drop like the sub did.
It very likely will. Dubs typically follow the sub if there is a multi-header drop, though usually it is a double-header (two episodes), but I see no reason why they couldn't do four.

Wistoria: Wand and Sword season 2 episode 0 has been released yesterday. Link: https://www.crunchyroll.com/watch/GE00376968JAJP/wistoria-wand-and-sword-special-episode
It's just a recap episode of season 1 with a commentator explaining the story while showing the visuals, nothing too special.
