Sounds like a filter issue, they are both on the schedule with zero filters enabled.
If you hover over the Filter banners a "x" button will appear that you can click to easily remove any filters.

I figured it out, it doesn't show when you have "most popular" filter on. User error, but don't get why a "reset" of filters turns it on, also guessing its a mistake to not have it included in most popular shows?
