This sequel to the Silent Mobius The Movie 1 continues the timeline of the flashback section of the first movie (Katsumis initial contact with AMP), using some more ideas and persons from the Manga, and being slightly less incompatible to the Silent Mobius series from 1998.

This fictional story took place in Europe around 1943. At that time Nazi secretly plotted a plan called Urda. Two agents, Janet and Erna received a task to investigate and prevent the completion of the secret plan.
A group called the Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute was investigating a recent rash of monster attacks happening in Japan after the appearance of a mysterious Black Shinkansen. The SUEI had a major weapon for the fight - Shinkalions, bullet trains that can transform into giant mecha. One boy, Hayato Hayasugi, was a huge fan of trains and stumbled upon his father’s secret work for the SUEI. Surprisingly, Hayato soon became a Shinkalion driver! As perhaps Japan’s best chance of survival, Hayato and other kids take on the great responsibility of fighting otherworldly enemies.
Now, a new giant enemy has come from space looking to conquer the planet. Although the SUEI have a new prototype Shinkalion known as the ALFA-X to take up the fight, Hayato’s father, Hokuto, disappears. A 9-year-old version of Hokuto leaps through time to the present to help fight the alien attackers and drives the ALFA-X!

An is confessed to by her childhood friend Yuuki. She runs away from the shock and finds herself time-slipped into the future. With modern tech and flying personal robots, she's shown around by a helpful ikemen named Kibou and his robot rabbit butler. Kibou tells her that she's his grandmother and that Yuuki is his grandfather, and that she doesn't need to be so unsure of her future.

This OAV begins with a tag-team battle between the elegant girls of Dream Team and the heavy-face-painted women of Foxy Ladies. Naturally, the Dream Team gets the crap kicked out of them, but not before one of them makes one strong attempt at lifting the 250-pound Foxy lady over her head. The ones to take their place are Eri and Miki of the Wanna-Be's team. Miki and Eri are both just fun girls who want to have fun, but once they begin their new training with the mysterious Kidou Corporation, the same corporation that trained the Dream Team, they discover that there is something deeper behind their training.
