A natural disaster, the Purple Magic Orchid grows wantonly in the valley where humans live. It can cause people to sink and even lose their lives. Only Hua Qiangu survived because of the protection of the Flower God Tree, but the baby infected with the Purple Magic Orchid poison brought by the mythical beast Phoenix from outside the valley broke the peace of Hua Qiangu.
The king and queen of Hua Qiangu violated the ancestral precepts of Hua Qiangu not to allow outsiders to enter and took in the baby, named Princess Peony, and raised her to thrive.
The Flower God Tree suddenly withered, and Princess Peony fell ill, which made Hua Qiangu suspicious of all living beings, and they petitioned the king to send Princess Peony away. The queen could not give up the mother-daughter relationship, and sought help from the Flower God Tree. She volunteered to sacrifice herself to go to the black enchantment to experience the calamity and let the flower soul come back, but due to the powerful power of the Purple Magic Orchid, the queen was trapped and never returned.
Ten years later, Peony grew up, the Purple Magic Orchid made a comeback, and Hua Qiangu encountered an unprecedented disaster. Princess Peony remembered the queen's teachings and embarked on an adventure with the flower soul seeds to save Hua Qiangu.
